On its own, quercetin is not very well absorbed by the body, and this is why Sally-Ann formulated her Quercetin with Vitamin C. This combination provides wonderful overlapping antiviral and immune boosting properties, while the strategic incorporation of vitamin C has the capacity to recycle quercetin within the body, making it more effective and bioavailable to the body.
