ooibos is a local tea cupboard staple but has quickly become a global favourite too. This dark red tea is packed with nutrients and is a great option for those looking for a naturally caffeine-free alternative to coffee, green tea or ceylon tea.

Rooibos has been shown to have naturally high levels of antioxidants, particularly polyphenols, which assist in fighting internal inflammation and many inflammatory conditions such as heart disease and the development of certain cancers. It has also been shown to assist with hayfever, due to the natural presence of quercetin. Aspalathin, another antioxidant found in rooibos, helps to regulate blood sugar levels, making rooibos a wonderful choice for those suffering from insulin resistance or type 2 diabetes.

Organic rooibos tea 2.4g
Pure hydrolysed collagen 2.4g
